I tried searching but i couldnt find the right mod or edit , can anyone point me , or does anyone know how to add a standard poll like on my website ( www.vbdesigners.com ) buut for the forums .... results or such, just need a sidebar poll.

vB Advanced has this option, whether you would be able to pull into your own sidebar or not I'm not sure.

People have been asking for this functionality since 4.0 was released. I honestly can't understand why this hasn't been made a priority.

First thing you need to do, is to include the sidebar wherever you want to add the blocks.
Then, you need to create a new block (the only entity you can include in the sidebar).
For this, you need some PHP skills. I can post the file, but I will try to convert all into a mod or plugin.

The thing is, that mod only works on vb3.8
