Hi folks,

I was wondering if this possible, I've not been able to get it so far...

I would like guests to be able to see the thread titles but not the contents, is this possible?

I know in Forum Permissions you 'Can View Forum' but set 'Can View Thread Content' to NO. This shows the forum in forumhome but when you move into the forum, it hides the threads. Is there a way to show the threads at this level but require to log in to view the posts?

I just confirmed on my 3.8 installation if I set "Can view forums" to "Yes" and all the other "Forum Viewing Permissions" in usergroup manager to "no" you can indeed see the threads titles on forumdisplay and only when clicking on the thread title do you get a no permission error.

What version are you using? Your forum permissions might be off in Forum & Moderators -> Forum Permissions.
