Hey there all. Long time listener, new poster.
I'm in love with almost all aspects of the vBulleting software except the admin/moderation logs. My project is trying to restructure internally and one of the things we identified as lacking is the amount of visibility among the management. One of the many ways to allow for role/position redundancy, backup, and monitoring is to allow many people to see the Admin and Moderation logs. These logs, however, are sorely lacking in detail. Short of digging in and modifying the PHP manually, does anyone know of any pre-existing mods to enhance logging details/functionality? |

On the Admin log, for instance, it gives you user, date and the php script that was accessed. Then it might tell you some obscure action like "update" or "modify"... and that doesn't really tell you much at all. Modified what? Updated what? Etc.
The Mod log is much more verbose, but I was wondering if there is a mod that can force the user to add a comment during major actions like Hard Delete. |
