GMT Time and IP Image Problem

Hi Guys
How Are You All?
Hope all you are fine with the blessings of GOD
i have 3 major Problems

1st: My GMT time is have some kinda problem.
its show always 2 Hours+
means if my local time is 8:00 PM, on forum home and in whos online, Time shown 10:00 PM. i have set the Forum Time System as my Local Timing, from Admincp and also set the local GMT from my usercp
but the problem is same. i dnt know y this is happening.

2nd: MY IP Image is now showing.
i dnt know what is the problem. i have re uploaded IP image several times. but the problem is still not solved.
3rd: Today's Birthdays Not Showing on Forum home.
Yes i have Enabled from Admincp, but its still now showing Todays Birthdays on Forum Home.
please help me to solve my these lil Problems
