How to Add Extra RANK TAG to 1 User ID

hi every 1
i have seen somthing on a forum.
1 user id have 3 to 4 Rank Tags. i was wondering how it is possible.

i want to add more rank tags to 1 user id
how it is possible?
plz brief me how do i able to do add more tags to 1 user id.

and 2nd. how to parse links in post count and thread count?
like mentioned in screen short. on the right side. highlighted by red color

If a user fits the criteria for more than one rank, the it should show each rank that is valid for them.

If you want to add ranks, you add them via the User Ranks area in the admin cp.
