How can I change to another domain, and If I did the whole information will be gone?! ( I mean I need to reinstall it again!) Thanks!

No, you will setup your domain nameservers to point to your server. Then vBulletion options and input your new domain name.

AdminCP--> vBulletin Options -> Site Details, URL, Contact Info .

Just type in your new URL.
