Nothing too fancy.. Just want to do a one time import of posts from my vBulletin 4.08 forum into new installation of Wordpress 3.01.

Only post from a certain sub-forum, not the entire FORUM..

Also, will only import post from one user so they will all be assigned to the admin account in WordPress.

Any ideas for doing this?

I have couple of thousand post.. That would take forever.
