how can i remove the register button

the register button is showing even if the users are logged in to the forum like in the attachment

voptions > registration options > Allow Multiple Registrations Per User

The Option For : Allow Multiple Registrations Per User Is set to : No
i have tried both and its still appearing , so i have removed the vb code from the header page for the registration option. is this ok or it will make problems
