Assuming that your style is based on the default vBulletin one, you should navigate to the 'Table Border' header in the Main CSS page. This will alter the colour of the navbar's border to your liking.
As for the inner part: navigate to the 'Popup Menu Controls' header (selector: .vbmenu_control). You can alter the background and the such as well there. However, changing .vbmenu_control would change all pop-up areas as well. As such, it's better to define it in additional CSS yourself. |
