Show posttime in quote
The users on my forum requested something I would have thought to be standard in vBulletin.
Showing the date and time a quote was originally posted. That's so much better when reading a discussion. I have some programming skills, so pointing me in the right direction would also be great, but maybe someone has seen something that would work in my case. |

This is not as easy as it sounds. A quote gets saved as text in the message and just gets spit out with the rest of the message. The time for a post is a variable (It's going to show a different time based on your time zone) and would need to be parsed every time the message is shown to someone.

I noticed. I was able to show the postid in the quote and probably you need that to get the posttime. But I'm not experienced to use that to get my wanted results.
I think it's something that is really missing in the vBulletin software. Almost every other forumsoftware has this and it would be a great improvement to the user friendlyness of the forums. |

Can't believe nobody else agrees this is just something that's missing in vBulletin
