PHP Programmer(s) Needed!

Hi i am an admin over at SomethingLeet and we have been opened for 3 month =)

Now my community is design based community. We have some great designers and this board is basically a member run board. Our members came up with an idea of a tutorial database submitted by top designers. We have the designers for it but we need some great programmers to help us program the database. If you are a new designer one of the most needed things is a site with a collection of tutorials and we will try to provide that:

Here is the info on the database:

Tutorial Exchange is basically a tutorial database. All users will have a chance to upload their tutorials but they have to be checked by admins/mods before they will be posted online. The mods and admins will be chosen after the coding is done. The look of the TE (Tutorial Exchange) will be just like a basic forum, there will be sections and sub sections for example - "3D Max " would be the section and little subsections in it would include - Abstract / Lightning / Animation and so on, the section is a basic program used. Now in each subsection it would look just like posts but it would be a simple post like tutorial with screens and more, at the bottom of the post of the tut there will be a link to the person's site. There will be something like post count but it will be "tuts submitted" that shows the number of tuts the user have submitted. There are no replies but there are comments =). Thats basically it!

I didnt explain another part about this, we are one of the fastest growing design communities so we get 900 unique hits a day and with TE it would be much more popular, we will provide a link to your site from our board along with a link from TE to your site. Or we could help you out with design if needed.

So the choice is yours but this is a one time chance you shouldnt miss

You don't really need a new hack for this.

Members submit a new article, and it goes in a queue. An admin or the mod approves it, and it appears in the forum. New comments (replies), on the other hand, do not have to be approved. They appear automatically as in any other forum.

All the other pieces you want are existing hacks as well. They just have to be combined. It does take a significant amout of work to get it set up, but after that it's smooth sailing.

ok thanks but i am a n00b when it comes to PHP so i am still looking for someone to do this thanks though
