Everyone on my site is getting the following error message, whether logged in or not

Warning: Division by zero in [path]/global.php(596) : eval()'d code on line 69

Nothing has been changed and all products have been disabled.

What do I do?

Could anyone tell me what it means?

Disable all plugins, see what happens.

tried that using define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
The message does go, however I untick the boxes in plugin manager and try again yet it stays there :S confused.

issue solved, it was a problem with the PM quota
