Usergroups

I have a couple of mods that set usergroups according to defined criteria, but I also have another mod that displays users in groups. I would like to have a secondary group that everyone (except banned members) is in and to be able to call that when needed. I don't want this to change any permissions, just be a bucket list.

How do I do that?
