Prune & Delete Old Private Messages PM

Anyone know if it's possible to delete old private messages to reduce the size of the database and speed it up a bit. eg. delete all private messages that are older than two months old. I know it's possible to do this for threads and was wondering if I could do it for Private Messages as well.
Just wondering if their's an option to do it or if a mod exists for this. I couldn't find anything but though I'd ask encase I missed it.
