Hello.
I wanted to send a private message to my new user to welcome them in my forums,but i wasnt able to do it
it gives me this error

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /vb/admincp/phrase.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

can we fix this??

If the file phrase.php has 644 file permissions, then contact your host, they probably have mod_security enabled.
