Default changing header??
I am new to all this and i'm wanting to add my header and i have no clue where to go or how to change it...
HELP!!!

Can you give us more detailes please? Like what header and where exactly you want to add it. A screenshot explaining the issue would be even better.

I want to put it up where it says VBullition.org up at the top of this page.

Do you mean the logo? If so have a look at the titleimage stylevar.

Acp-Styles & Templates-Style Manager and from the drop down menu choose StyleVars. And add titleimage text at the Search Stylevar area and then the titleimage section will be displayed.
