I have ablity to use any versions of vb but i like 3.6.12 most.
I wonder if 3.6.12 still safe ?

Is there any particular reason why you like only 3.6.12 ?

The 3.6 series are now endof-life and are no longer supported or updated. Even the 3.7 series are no longer supported and will only be updated for security fixes.

So if you ever need official support or someone finds a new vulnerability in 3.6 then you could be in a soup.

I strongly suggest that you upgrade to 3.8.5 which is still supported and updated and is the best vB version IMO.
