How would i add any information to username pop up body in any given topic for each specific user..

I have tried adding {vb:raw post.musername} , {vb:raw post.postcount} , etc , but it doesnt work... any other way to do it , please see my screen shot ( attachment ) so you can see what i mean.

any help is appreciated.

also , question my custom style is not importing properly into my new vBulletin , i created it using vB 4.0.1 , but its not uploading right,... not sure why , the CSS is all messed up missing?..
