Ok my users like Bingo by MinerSkinz how can I have this for vb4?

Miner and a lot of the good skin makers have not started making skins for vB4 as yet. Yo will have to make do with what's available for vB4. All the good stuff is still there only for 3.8.x

Sad for people who downgraded from 3.8 to 4.0
