Does anyone know of a mod for 4.0 that will allow the administrator to change or enter in a custom post date?

I was just looking for this the other day when I wanted to start a new thread and move an existing post to it. Because the member's post was earlier, merging would result in his post going first.

I found no easy solution, short of SQL queries - diddling directly with the db.
