Changing the view of album page

I would like to change the view of the album page (/album.php)

At the moment, you can see the "last updated albums" on the left side and the "albums of user xyz" on the right side.
I would like to see the "albums of user xyz" on top of the page and directly underneath the "last updated albums".

Is there anyone who could realize that for me please?
