I'm having an issue trying to change my statusicons from .gif to .png.

The 'previews' were easy.

But how do i change them on my thread display? I've searched and replaced EVERY single instance in the templates, but I can't change them... Where do I find these to change them?

I even searched the skins xml and found nothing... Where is it possible to change these from .gif to .png?

You can do this by adding a replacement variables in the "All Style Options" To get there go to admincp>styles&Templates>All style Options, then at the very bottom you can add replacement variables.

I actually just found the stylevars for [statusicon].gif lol. Just replaced them all. All fixed now, thanks.
