Forumbit Ad Solution for Affiliate Programs
Guys and gals,
I want to add those 'sponsor' type of ads in my forumbit. Now, the ads that I want to place are affiliate program (Commission Junction) ads as well as Google ads. Is there an option that is functioning for anyone out there to do this? I've used this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=93673 on another site where I was just promoting some sites, but now I need a solution for coded ads. See attached for visual of where I'm looking to place the ad. Thanks in advance for the help! |

I was told that the Red Tyger Ad Management mod may work, but it has a very iffy reputation right now from what I'm also told. So, any other options that anyone knows of?

Well it will take some trial and error but you will want to add a table where you want it. That way you can create 2 columns. This will allow you to place the advertisement there. IT should be easy to place the add once you figure out how to get the advertisement in the right spot.

I'd advise against that Red Tyger mod, I had nothing but problems with it. The buttons to save codes were dead etc. Horrible!

I've heard folks having issues with it. Any other suggestions?

Post this in the paid request section is my answer, this will take some effort, but could be done with editing just that one theme or making a pretty good plug in to do it, either way it will be troublesome.
