It is a modification problem since that is not standard vbulletin stuff. We, out here in the main forums, have no idea what code was used to add that line so we can't possibly tell you what to change. And, since you have already modified your postbit_legacy, we have no idea how you modified it and can't tell just from an image what needs to be changed. Since this is a problem due to using two different mods, you may have to figure this one out on your own. Taking a look at the source code is usually a good place to start.
