i got this problem :

Those errors are from modifications. Turn them all off, then turn them on one-by-one until you get the error again.

Try disabling them from the config.php file:
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

i disabled all the plugins and the products but i still having the problem

when i add the global plugins disable by :

the forum work fine , but i cant use the plugins because it is disabled.

Line 82 on the file in question in a call to the global_start hook. Disable any plugins that are using this hook. It's very obviously one of them causing the error.
