and i upgraded the vbulletin yesterday (vBulletin 3.8.4 Patch Level 1) to check if this error goes away but nothin happned |

PHP 5.3.1 is not supported on vB's under the 4.0 version. It produces an awful lot of errors.

No, just ask the host why they installed PHP 5.3.1 on your server, becuase it's buggy with vB 3.x
