Breadcrumb is missing

Hi Guys, in my skin the top breadcrumb is missing.
I just downloaded the mod "lower breadcrumb" so now i have the breadcrumb only at the bottom of the forum pages.
Do you guys know where i have to paste the code to have the breadcrumb even at the top of the forum pages?
