I am trying to add an option to the vBoptions page that will let admins select any of the week days (7 checkboxes, monday-sunday).
I've looked through some of the other similar options and they all use bitfields for this.
Is that the best way of doing this? Can I maybe include 7 checkboxes, and have them saved to an array?

just have the checkboxes on their own bitfield.. seems easy enough. then you simply have a numerical representation of what days are selected.

How do I do that tho?
Do I have to manually type in the checkboxes?
Because all the options that have checkboxes simply have something like "bitfield:nocache|memberlistfields" under options. Does that autogenerate the bitfield?
