I want to open a few forums that they are contains ADULT stuff, and before people can log into them i would like to CREATE a message that will ask and inform the user that this forum is contain an ADULT stuff and if he will press ok he will enter to the forum and if he will press Not he won't.

Any one know how to do this?

there is a rules hack that could be used for what you want
like a "confirm to the rules before going further"
