i have just recently upgraded my licence to vb 4 publishing suite
and seen the requirments

Minimum Requirements:
vBulletin is designed to run on every server that has
PHP 5.2 or greater = 5.2.9
MySQL 4.0.16 or greater installed. = 5.0.18

It is recommended to use
PHP 5.2.6, or later and = 5.2.9
MySQL 5.0.19 or later. = 5.0.18

are my current installed versions ok ?
please can you tell me when vb4 will be released ?

Your configuration conforms to the minimum requirements, and is JUST under the reccommended requirements, you should be able to run vB4 just fine.

Any questions regarding default vBulletin should be posted on the vBulletin.com Pre Sales forum, this includes the minimum requirements.
