Is this layout possible?

I'm about to reskin my forum and tweak the layout. Basically I want to look as follows:

1) Full width header
2) Full width navbar
3) Full width shoutbox
4) Left column (poll), centre column (news content), right column (latest social groups etc)
5) Full width forums

So far I have never seen this layout, which I've always thought was weird. Everyone who has a news module of notice with column to wither side then has very skinny forums the width of the centre column all the way down with empty space to either side.
I've always thought it would look a lot better to have the forums full width and below the columned section. Is this easily done?

Is there a template design anywhere out there that has this layout? I can always change the colour and images etc but setting up the layout kind of has me stumped!

You can make anything with the right knowledge or people to do it for you.....and money haha

The sky's the limit with any sort of design given the proper resources. It's simply a matter of time, and yes, money if you need to hire for it. What you describe wouldn't be particularly difficult to do.
