I would like to add the hack where users can upload thier photo to the profile. I've seen a couple of these? Which one is recommended? Which one do most people use?

heh.. Well I used it BradC, it's a really nice hack. Good job on it.

pgowder, definatly try the above hack, it's simple to install and very customizable.
