I don't think that is exactly what he wants. If I'm reading his post correctly, he wants it so if User A logs in, no one else may log in at the same time using the username User A. There is no option to do that in vbulletin.

I don't know of any mod that does that. You would have to look at the sessions table whenever a user is about to create a new session and see if the userid is already being used by a different IP.

If you need it done, you can wait and see if someone else reads this thread and decides they need the mod themselves and they write it and share it. Or, you can post in the Paid Requests forum to have someone code it for you.
