Google Custom Search (No AdSense) Problems

Hello,

I try to made an AddOn for Google Custom Search,
I add a custom Results Page (Optional from AddOn Settings)

I Have two problems,
1st. At Search at NavBar display Google Custom Search BUT at Search Page NOT display Google Custom Search.
2nd, If i choice to display the results into a google page work, if i choice to Display Results to a custom forum results page nothing No Results Displayed.

I have Attath a zip with the AddOn( XML File, Custom Search Result Page and Screenshots).

I need your help.
