Default New User CP Page for Profile Field
I am not a fan of vBulletin's choices for places to put custom profile fields. I own a computer forum and I want a custom page under User CP that just has only forum field input.

So basically when they go to User CP > System Specifications > They will see a new page where they can choose to fill in the profile fields.

I used the mod that is located here, but it got messed up in my 3.8.4 upgrade, so I would like a version that is just coded from scratch and not a mod/plugin.

How do I go about doing this?
