I'm sure I'm not the only one to have a certain annoying type of spam message, but I'm wondering if there is an easy solution. Seems like they register by hand!

If they keep this up, I'm going to call the number they list and really give them a chew out. Any suggestions? Every week they flood my forum with them.

What steps have you taken so far to stop spam? Are you using reCaptcha? Moderating new users? Using anything like Is Bot? Have you done a search here on "spam" "all forums" "titles only" and read other threads about stopping spam?
