I want to add Twitter as a messenger option for members. How do I go about this?

I don't like how some of them have the extra little feed boxes.

I'm not sure what you mean since I don't use any of them and I'm unfamiliar with them. I just know that it seems there are several of them that I am always seeing bumped.
