Is it possible to stop moderators from seeing people's I.P addresses and Email addresses?

vboptions > message posting options > log IP address

Also, check in the Usergroup Manager for that usergroup.

I don't know about email addys though. I don't think you can hide those from mods, but I'm not sure.

I told you how to hide the IPs. You can make it so other groups can't see it by doing what I suggested above. I don't know what this means - hide admin ip or any acoount login from admin ip address.
