is there any way i can have it were all threads in a certain forum have the prefix added to them with out having to click on them or require them to do so??

You cannot set a default prefix for a forum. I think you could have to write a plugin to set the prefix using the datamanager if a new thread is made in that forum.

That is not a default vbulletin thing either and it would also require you to either write some code and/or modify some templates
