I need to customise my template "register" same any big sites signup page with small options to complete signup form ..

example the site facebook ..

Are it is possible made for me or help me to that made it ..

It's not your original design & I very much doubt that you have permission to use any part of it.

Stop calling him out for this. He is just giving examples of a simple registration form instead of the default vB. I am also looking for a similar mod. Please advise.

there are about 5 million websites that have similar if not exactly the same looking registration page. A page layout/registration page layout cannot be copyrighted. Before making outrageous accusations think a little. Now back to the main topic you would have to edit the "register" template. That has all the information for the registration page.
