Titles not displayed..

Hello.. when I add a new reputation, infraction level, or anything else that I add - it doesn't display the title - but when I go to edit it, the title is in there. It kind of looks like this:


Any help please.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins, then add a new one, and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
