What is the best advert system, where you can have rotating banners that open a new window etc...

and they are positioned either at the top of the forum or above 'whats going on'
i cant seem to find any good ones =[

now, you can also research brothator if you just want static bannes, thats easier than Cybs, BUT, cybs has a few advantages IMHO with the layout of the banners.
