i want it to make it so a certain usergroup can sticky threads

i thought it would be in edit usergroup but no?

No it is not, i believe it is set only to moderators and administrators. Unless you have code then i believe its not possible.

Umm only thing i can think of is making a usergroup based off regular forum moderators and then go through and set it up how you want.

Cause i honestly haven't gotten a clue on how to enable sticky perms via user group settings.
