Need to translate English posts into Greek

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for my question, please move it if I've guessed incorrectly...

Hi, I'm running 3.8.0. Although my board is in English as that's what I and most of my members speak, I do have some Greek members. I'd like to make life easier for them so they could read the posts in Greek. Is there something that would do this for them? I've seen something about language packs and I see there is one for Greek, but they don't look like they would do what I'm wanting. Could someone help me with this?
