POSTBIT question
Easy one...I am just wanting to move some of the postbit info under the user and leave some on the left...is this only done in the template? If not where do I move it? I have looked and looked and cant find where or if I can move it over. Thanks

Any time you want to find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.

oh no...thanks but I know which template it is...I am just wondering if there is an easy way to move some of the postbit info (Joined, location, posts...) to the left under the username. I know that the experience can be moved over. I just wanted to move it without having to hack the template too much.

Do you mean change the postbit type from postbit (user info on the top) to postbit_legacy (user info on the left)? If so, vboptions > Style & Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template > Yes
Otherwise, if you just mean move stuff around, then there is no 'easy' way to do it except to edit the template and move it. |

That was it...thank you. Looks like I may have to edit the template any way...I want part of the post bit on the left and part on the right. I was hoping that it would do that...oh well...thank you for the assist.
