Thats a default VB feature, go to ACP > Paid Subscriptions > Subscription Manager.

OR http://YOURBOARDURL/admincp/subscriptions.php?do=modify

but for some reason, when i create a subsciption, i dont know where to access it. on the user cp, it doesn't show up anywhere and it doesn't say "Subscriptions" anywhere.

It should be in your Miscellaneous menu under Paid Subscriptions in your UserCP. Also, when you create a subscription, make sure you select it as Active

It's active but it isn't in the user cp and when i go to payments.php it says there are no subscriptions for me.
