Hi, I'm working with the vBAdvanced page integration feature, as you can see at
www.joinuv.com I've got the news module activated with the custom page content module activated above it. Whenever I go to my forums (www.joinuv.com/forums) the module also shows up at the bottom. Can I disable the module from being enabled on any other page other than the portal home page? |

Yes you can ... click "Edit Pages" link in vBa CMPS. You can add or remove any module on any page.

That's the problem, I have one page called "home".
On that page, I have all the modules activated, including the custom content module that allows it to be wrapped within the CMS. If I disable those modules on the page called "home", it will be disabled globally. Is there some kind of workaround that I can have where I have all my content wrapped within my vB Advanced modules, while having my news only active on the portal home? Here's an example of what I'm trying to mimick- http://edgegamers.org/forums/cmps_index.php If you click the "forums" link on the left hand sidebar, the news module goes away, but everything is still inline. I have everything inline, but I would like it to where the news module is ONLY active on that one page. How would I go about doing this? |
