Mod to review Member's private messages?

Where can I get the mod/app to review the PMs in the boxes?

If you go to the 3.8 Add-Ons forum and look at the mods for Private Messages, you should find one to read PMs. It may be listed in the Admin prefix instead of Private Message prefix, but it's there.
