Latest posts updating live in Ajax - does this mod exist?

Ive tried searching but can't find exactly what Im looking for..

Is there a mod that will show the latest posts, not the thread title, but the actual first few lines of the post in an updating ajax type of display?

I can see this being very useful on busy forums where you can see what conversations are happening in realtime and in what thread.

I am aware of the Live Topic mod, but that only takes place within the actual thread.

Lots of mods come close, but I havent seen one that would give you a stream of latest posts like the "new posts" but instead of the thread title, you would see the first line of the new post itself.
