You might want to consider putting in a support ticket. I'm sure the vb.com guys could find what is wrong by taking a quick look.

Lynne, I found it out myself, you won't believe what was going on. Avatars were enabled, but the size was 100x100. My avatar was 140*110. This is why it turned it to an image, but it didnt resize the avatar itself as in invisionfree lol

About reputation, it seems that when you edit all the seetings at once they dont save, you have to edit each seeting 1 by 1.
